Our online orders are constantly monitored. If i am away from the workshop at shows then my assistant will answer in due course.
Your order is given a number and kept on file. If your garment is in stock it is sent to you immediately by courier (NZ standard orders) which takes one to two days:
or NZ post rural delivery can take up to a week;
or NZ post for all international orders can take a week or two.
If your skirt order is not in stock it will be printed and made up and dispatched within a week.
An email will be sent to you when the skirt leaves the MADCAT workshop so you know when to expect it to arrive.
